Tojays Bet Platform Rules & Policies

Welcome to Tojays Bet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and Tojays Bet ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing tojaysbet.net, registering an account, or using any product or service offered by Tojays Bet, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

Tojays Bet provides an online gaming and sports betting platform designed specifically for the Pakistani market. Services include but are not limited to live casino games, slot games, Andar Bahar, sports betting, and jackpot titles. All services operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are available to eligible players.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between Tojays Bet and registered players.

To register and maintain an account on Tojays Bet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Tojays Bet strictly prohibits minors from accessing or using any part of the platform. Age verification may be requested at registration or before the first withdrawal.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual. Corporate entities or third-party agents may not register accounts.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with Tojays Bet or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of Tojays Bet or any of its technology or gaming content providers.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on Tojays Bet. Opening multiple accounts – whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address – is a serious breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You agree to provide complete and accurate information when creating your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and current address. Providing false information constitutes fraud and Tojays Bet reserves the right to close the account, void any outstanding bets, and withhold pending withdrawals in such cases.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Tojays Bet login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Tojays Bet support immediately at support@tojaysbet.net. Tojays Bet will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

4.1 Deposits

Tojays Bet accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time for mobile wallet methods and within a few minutes for bank transfers.

Tojays Bet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name registered on your Tojays Bet account. Deposits from unmatched sources will be reversed and may trigger a security review.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 2–6 hours for Easypaisa and JazzCash and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers. Before your first withdrawal, identity and payment method verification is required. You will be asked to confirm your CNIC number and the mobile wallet or bank account to which funds should be sent.

4.3 Currency and Fees

All transactions on Tojays Bet are conducted in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees. Tojays Bet does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own charges – please check with them directly.

Tojays Bet regularly offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that will be published on the Promotions page at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all Tojays Bet bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, and device.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and cannot be claimed more than once under any circumstances.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which is the number of times the bonus amount must be bet before a withdrawal can be requested. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated on the Promotions page.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Bets placed using bonus funds may contribute differently to wagering requirements depending on the game type – sports betting typically contributes 100%, while certain casino games may contribute at a lower percentage rate.
• Tojays Bet reserves the right to cancel any bonus and related winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, placing low-risk or mathematically certain bets to clear wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to exploit the promotional offer without genuine gaming activity.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on Tojays Bet are subject to acceptance by the platform. Tojays Bet reserves the right to decline or limit bets at its discretion, including where odds errors are present, where the market has been suspended, or where a bet is placed after an event has commenced without a valid live market being open.

6.2 Odds Errors

Where odds are displayed due to a technical error at prices that are clearly incorrect – either manifestly different from the fair market price or the result of a system fault – Tojays Bet reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This applies to both pre-match and live in-play markets.

6.3 Match Postponements and Abandonments

For cricket matches, if a match is abandoned or postponed and does not resume within 48 hours of the original scheduled start, all outstanding bets will be voided and stakes returned. For football, bets on 90-minute results stand once 90 minutes of play have been completed. Specific rules for each sport are published on the Sports Betting page.

6.4 Live In-Play Betting

Live bets on Tojays Bet are processed in real time. Tojays Bet cannot guarantee bet acceptance during periods of high traffic or poor connection quality. Once a bet has been confirmed and an acceptance message has been returned, that bet is binding. A bet that does not receive a confirmation message has not been placed.

All casino games available on Tojays Bet – including live dealer titles, video slots, jackpot games, and Andar Bahar – use independently certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer environments to determine outcomes. Tojays Bet does not influence game results.

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, the game round in progress will be completed according to the predetermined logic of that game's software. Any confirmed bets at the time of disconnection remain valid. Tojays Bet accepts no responsibility for losses incurred due to player-side connectivity issues.

Jackpot game wins are subject to verification before payment. Where a jackpot win results from a technical error rather than a genuine game outcome, the win may be voided and the stake refunded. This is rare but constitutes a stated condition of using jackpot games on Tojays Bet.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Tojays Bet. Violation of any of these conditions may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Operating more than one account or assisting another person in creating an account to circumvent restrictions, bans, or bonus policies.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with Tojays Bet or place bets.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP masking technology to access the platform in violation of geographic restrictions or to circumvent security measures.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities on the platform. Any winnings from a known error must be reported to Tojays Bet and are subject to reversal.
• Money laundering or using the platform to conduct any financially fraudulent activity. Tojays Bet complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Providing false identity information, submitting fraudulent verification documents, or impersonating another individual.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in casino games or sports betting that creates an unfair advantage.

Tojays Bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all registered players. We believe strongly that gambling should remain a form of entertainment and that players who show signs of problematic gambling behaviour should be actively supported.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Tojays Bet players through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap. Once set, a limit can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the length of any single gaming session. A notification will appear when your set time has been reached.
• Wagering Limits: Set a maximum total wager per day, week, or month across all products.
• Reality Check Reminders: Receive notifications at regular intervals during play reminding you of how long you have been active and how your balance has changed.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily exclude yourself from Tojays Bet for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanently. During exclusion you cannot create a new account or request reinstatement early for temporary exclusions under 30 days.

Tojays Bet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your data is used for account management, verification, transaction processing, customer support, responsible gaming monitoring, and fraud prevention. Tojays Bet does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data sharing with payment processors and game providers is limited to what is necessary for service delivery.

You have the right to request a copy of your data, to request corrections, or to request deletion of your account and associated data subject to any legal retention obligations. Submit such requests to support@tojaysbet.net. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

Tojays Bet provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uninterrupted availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free of downtime, technical errors, or data inaccuracies at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tojays Bet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, server errors, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from incorrect odds displayed due to data feed errors where the error was not reasonably detectable.
• Any action taken in reliance on information or content published on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.
• Your failure to comply with these Terms, including account security responsibilities.
• Third-party payment processing failures or delays.

Nothing in these Terms limits Tojays Bet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

Tojays Bet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of Tojays Bet following the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure. Any bets placed or games played after the effective date of the updated Terms are governed by the new version.

Tojays Bet aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 5 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, Tojays Bet operates an escalation process that will be explained to you by the support team.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Tojays Bet operates. Any dispute arising from your use of Tojays Bet that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
